Is the risk assessment exclusively carried out by AI?
No. While AI handles the initial screening and monitoring, our system flags critical findings for human review. You can also manually adjust risk ratings and add your own assessments.
Can competitors view my suppliers?
No. Your supplier data is completely private and encrypted. Other companies on the platform cannot see your suppliers, supply chains, or any of your data.
How are evidences (e.g., certificates) for risk mitigation verified?
Uploaded certificates and documents are checked for validity dates and matched against the specific risk they are meant to mitigate. The system tracks expiry and alerts you when documents need renewal.
Do negative assessments stay in the risk analysis forever?
No. Risk assessments are dynamic and updated continuously. When a risk source publishes corrective information or when you upload mitigating evidence, the risk score is adjusted accordingly.
What is the difference between the Starter Plan and Pro Plan?
The Light plan includes basic supply chain mapping and document management for 1 user. The Pro plan adds AI risk assessment, satellite monitoring, supplier anonymisation, and supports up to 5 users with priority support.
